Travel with children

Children from 0 to 2 travel free of charge.

Children ages from 3 to 11 have a special rate.

Children ages 12 and over pay the adult fare.

All minors must present their ID, NIE or passport.

The following norms are established for the travel of minors in the routes of Regular Line of the companies LINEAS MARITIMAS ROMERO S.L and VIDEOCOSTA S.L.

Ages from 0-14 years travelling accompanied by an adult other than his/her parent or legal guardian.

As a general rule, children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. If the adult is not his parent or legal guardian, at the time of boarding the following documents must be presented:

Ages from 0-4 years travelling alone.

Children under 5 years old must always be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If the adult who accompanies them is not their parent or legal guardian, at the time of boarding they must present the following documents:

Ages 5-14 years travelling alone.

Líneas Romero has an escort service for children between 5 and 14 years old traveling alone. Children can travel alone if they present a valid authorization from their parents or legal guardian to travel and the details of a responsible for them adult that will pick them up at the port of destination. Said documentation must be presented at the box office prior to the trip to be eligible for the escort service.

Ages 15-17 years travelling alone.

Young people between the ages of 14 and 17 can travel alone, presenting their valid identification document. Even so, minors under 18 are advised to submit a written authorization from their parents or legal guardians.
